Consequences: Any involvement in prohibited activities will result in forfeiture of all winnings, bonuses, and account balance, along with permanent account suspension. Relevant authorities will be notified where necessary.
8 Account Closure & Suspension
33ook reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:
- For violation of the Terms & Conditions.
- Providing false or incomplete information during KYC verification.
- When suspicious or unusual transaction patterns are detected.
- Found to be a minor.
- Inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
- At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
If a valid balance exists prior to account closure and no rule violations have occurred, it will be refunded once verification is complete. In cases of rule violations, the balance will be forfeited.
